Vending & Fundraising
You will find the Rollin' Smoke BBQ crew vending fresh and delicious BBQ at various events throughout California. We have been found serving up great BBQ everywhere from the California International Airshow, Laguna Seca Mazda Raceway, to art & wine festivals, car shows and fundraisers.
We have participated in fundraisers for St. Jude's Children's Hospital, March of Dimes, and more. We would be more than happy to also help you in your fundraising efforts. If you are interested in having us join you at your event, please email us at [email protected].
Our most popular menu items for the above mentioned events:
• Smoked Tri-Tip Beef Sandwich - sliced tri-tip on a hoagie roll, topped with grilled onions & bell peppers.
• Pesto Chicken Sandwich - grilled chicken breast on a hoagie roll topped with sliced swiss cheese and pesto sauce.
• Jurassic Spare Ribs - 3 very large bones of juicy pork rib.
• Breakfast Burritos - sliced tri-tip, scrambled egg, shredded cheddar-jack cheese and salsa wrapped in a tortilla.
